Endless Sunday Terms & Conditions of Service / Build


Custom Build Nature

All Endless Sunday builds are bespoke, made-to-order projects tailored to each client’s specifications By engaging Endless Sunday and proceeding with a build You acknowledge that your project is custom designed and not a pre manufactured or stock item.


Build Timeframes

Estimated build timeframes are typically between 6 to 12 months from the date of deposit. While we endeavour to complete all builds as efficiently as possible timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.


Due to the nature of custom builds Endless Sunday relies on third-party suppliers for specialised parts and components. Delays may occur that are outside of our control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, supplier backorders, freight delays, or part availability.


Delays & External Dependencies

By proceeding with your build, you acknowledge and accept that timelines may be impacted by factors beyond Endless Sunday’s control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.


Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your position in the production schedule. Payment of a deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms / Conditions and authorises Endless Sunday to commence work on your build, including parts procurement, labour allocation, and scheduling.


No Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and custom nature of each build, all payments made to Endless Sunday are strictly non refundable.


Once a deposit has been paid, costs are incurred immediately through sourcing components, allocating labour, and reserving production capacity specific to your project.


As such, change of mind, delays (including those caused by third-party suppliers), or personal circumstances do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
